Accounting Manager

Our client, a locally owned public accounting firm in Buffalo NY, is looking to add an Accounting Manager to their growing team. This position is a great career opportunity for an experienced accounting professional and offers a highly competitive annual base salary range from $120K to $200K, plus benefits package. This individual will work on client engagements spanning tax, audit, accounting and related planning services to individuals and businesses across a variety of industries. The successful candidate will possess the following:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• CPA designation is required
• Minimum of 7 years of public accounting experience across tax, audit, accounting, and related planning services
• Ability to provide clients with a relationship centric approach, grounded in trust, care and quality
• Impactful and approachable leadership style who can guide, mentor and actively shape the future of the firm

The firm offers very competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package. At this time, the good faith estimate of the annual base salary range for this position is $120,000 to $200,000. Where a successful applicant is slotted within this range will vary based on legitimate criteria, such as experience and skill level.
