Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrative Assistant located in Buffalo, NY. The Office Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, handling clerical duties, managing communication and correspondence, maintaining organized records, and supporting executives with various administrative needs. The role contributes to ensuring smooth daily operations of the office environment.
Qualifications- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for effective organization, scheduling, and record-keeping
- Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Communication for professional interaction with clients and team members
- Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in common office software and tools
- Detail-oriented and capable of handling sensitive and confidential information
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or relevant certification preferred
