Experience

Required:

+  6 months to 1 year of experience in clerical, administrative support, office clerk, or data entry roles.

+  Strong communication skills and ability to work with internal teams and external clients.

+  Proficiency in MS Office and general computer skills.

+  Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.

+  Ability to commute to Buffalo, NY.

Responsibilities:

+  Perform accurate data entry of client and transaction information into internal systems.

+  Review and verify documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance with company policies.

+  Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and electronic) to ensure easy retrieval of records.

+  Prepare, scan, and distribute correspondence and documentation to appropriate departments.

+  Track and update case files, logs, and spreadsheets to support workflow efficiency.

+  Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling, record keeping, and handling routine inquiries.

This is a Contract position based out of Buffalo, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
