The opportunity
Delaware North is seeking a highly skilled, proactive Executive Assistant to join our team at our Global Headquarters in Buffalo, New York. This is a dynamic role that blends executive support, financial and administrative coordination, personal assistance, and special projects for the Office of the Chairman. In addition to base salary, we offer an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. The advertised pay range represents what we believe at the time of this job posting, that we would be willing to pay for this position. Only in special circumstances, where a candidate has education, training, or experience that far exceeds the requirements for the position, would we consider paying higher than the stated range.

- Make necessary travel arrangements andcoordinateactivities and meetings
- Execute special projects, managingdeadlinesand requirements to keep the project on track
- Associate degree preferred;relevant experience can be substituted
- 5 – 7 yearsofexperience inanadministrative position supporting at the executive level
- Excellentorganizationskills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, proofreading and professionalism
- Ability to work independently, use sound judgement, and handle sensitive information with absolute confidentiality
- Flexibility to adapt to shifting priorities
- Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
- Proficient in Quick Books
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word,and Outlook
- Experience with Adobe suite, especially Lightroom, is a plus
