Course Administration
- Administrator of 3 Neurology Medical School courses: NEU
801, NEU

950 - Developing evaluations and course documents
- Facilitating and monitoring student evaluations and course work
- Gathering statistical data as requested by the Clerkship Director
- Proctoring examinations
- Grading of medical students
- Oversee all departmental CME events
- Manage Grand Round budget including grant submission and spending
- Schedule speakers both local and national
- Plan events for out of town speakers
- Provide support to Clerkship Director
- Provide liaison between the Director/Department Chair and the professional staff/faculty of institution with respect to administrative matters
- Monitor 245 faculty and professional appointments with respect to operative dates for contract renewal
- Assist with preparation of annual department budget request
- Manage office budgets for department programs
- Preparation of visas and work authorization for visiting scholars, faculty, students and volunteers
- Providing guidance and reviewing faculty promotion dossiers
