Administrative Assistant II - Supportive and Palliative Care

As a member of the Supportive Care Department Administrative team, the Administrative Assistant II will primarily support the divisions of Resiliency, Older Adult Oncology, Bioethics, Functional Medicine, MAID, by scheduling meetings, preparing meeting materials including preparing minutes, preparing presentations, coordinating small projects as assigned by the physician leader(s) of the supported divisions. The hourly rate for this position is $27.09 which includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

Required

Education and Experience 1. Associate's degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time secretarial or related experience; or 2. High School Diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time secretarial or related experience.

NOTE:

Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices.
