What You'll DoIn this role, you'll support the daily operations of a dynamic workforce development program by:
- Coordinating schedules, calendars, and program logistics
- Preparing materials for orientations, trainings, and graduation events
- Maintaining accurate participant records and program documentation
- Entering and managing data in program systems and tracking tools
- Communicating with participants, graduates, and partners
- Supporting staff with administrative tasks that keep the program running efficiently
You will be a critical part of the team - ensuring everything is organized, accurate, and on time.
What You Bring- 1–3 years of administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Clear, professional communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Word)
- Comfort working with data, systems, and documentation
- A commitment to handling confidential information with care
Bonus if you have: experience with databases or case management systems.

- Primarily office-based with a mix of sitting, standing, and light lifting (up to 20 lbs.)

- $16.00–$19.00/hour based on experience
