Warranty Administrator

Basil Mitsubishi is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Warranty Administrator to join our service team. This role is critical in ensuring timely and accurate submission of warranty claims while maintaining compliance with manufacturer and dealership standards.

• Review and process warranty repair orders for accuracy and completeness
• Submit warranty claims to manufacturers in a timely manner
• Track, reconcile, and follow up on unpaid or rejected claims
• Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure proper documentation
• Maintain warranty schedules and aging reports
• Ensure compliance with OEM policies and dealership procedures
• Assist with audits and resolve discrepancies

• Previous automotive dealership experience preferred (warranty, service advisor, or accounting)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiarity with DMS systems, CDK is a plus
• Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize workload
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
