Enrollment Events Coordinator
The Enrollment Events Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting the Office of Admissions' daily operations and outreach efforts. This position serves as a key point of contact for prospective students and families, offering professional, warm, and timely communication across various channels. The Enrollment Events Coordinator also contributes to the planning and execution of Admissions events, supports the creation and review of marketing materials, and helps manage administrative tasks such as budgeting, purchasing, and mail handling.
Ideal for a detail-oriented and service-minded professional, this role combines front-facing communication with behind-the-scenes coordination to help advance Daemen's enrollment goals.
Serve as a receptionist for the Division
Manage the visit and reception area with the Office of Admissions
• Respond appropriately, professionally, and warmly to the main phone line for the university and to division email
Assist in matters related to the budget and process purchase requisitions and credit card statements according to institutional protocol
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence with prospective students and families.
Receive and process daily mail
Assist in writing, proofing and preparing marketing materials for recruitment and events.
Support and assist at Admissions events
Communicate with Conference Service office regarding Admissions events and the campus calendar
Organize academic department cards and arsenal sheets for the Admissions office and submit print shop orders
Submit facilities requests, graphic design requests, and room reservations as needed
Support leadership team with administrative tasks and special projects
• Other duties as assigned
Bachelor's degree required
Experience supervising students in a large team environment, a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google tools
Basic knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
Ability to work independently and collaboratively

Interest in higher education and student engagement
Knowledge of college admissions, enrollment management, student recruitment, or campus visit programming is preferred.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Ability to move around the office to access cabinets, printers, and other office equipment
Occasionally required to stand for extended periods during Admissions events
Ability to bend, stoop, or reach as needed for filing or organizing materials
Capable of operating standard office equipment such as computers, telephones, printers, and scanners
May need to walk across campus to deliver materials or support events in various locations
