The Bonadio Group is seeking a Seasonal Administrative Assistant to support our Tax Service Line in Buffalo, New York from January 2027 through April 2027. This on-site role requires a reliable, organized individual who can manage a fast-paced busy season.
You will assist with processing tax returns, extensions, estimates, and notices; prepare, proofread, and file client documents; coordinate communications; and maintain calendars using Access software.
