Essential Job Functions- Receive repair orders from Service Advisors and perform work as outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy in accordance with dealership and factory standards.
- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair
- Communicate with the Parts department to obtain needed parts.
- Save and tag parts if the job is under warranty or if requested by the customer.
- Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required and inform Service Advisor immediately if additional work is needed, if work outlined is not needed, or if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised.
- Document all work performed
- Road-test vehicles when required.
- Ensure customer vehicles are kept clean.
- Keep shop area neat and clean as well as be able to account for all dealership owned tools at all times.
We are currently looking for Experienced Automotive Technicians at all brand locations. We have both mass market and luxury locations through the Northtowns.

Pay RatePay range of $45,000 - $130,000 per year is based on experience and certifications/trainings by manufacturers
All positions are a flat rate, hourly, position that equate to the pay range
ScheduleFull-time, 3 day rotating schedule: 7:30AM - 9:00PM (Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday for one month and then Thursday/Friday/Saturday for the next month)
Sign-on Bonus- A $10,000 sign-on bonus will be paid out to applicants who are at A level status and have luxury manufacturer training as well as a dealership background.
- The bonus will be paid out incrementally, beginning 90 days after start date. Specific schedule will be discussed during hiring process.
- Previous work as an Automotive Technician; or Graduation from an accredited Automotive Repair program.
- Valid driver's license
- Possess your own tools
- Self-motivated but has the ability to work effectively with others
- Desire to grow and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions, both verbal and written.
- Ability to operate smartphone, tablet and/or PC.
