Basil Family Dealerships is looking for an experienced, customer-focused Parts Counter Associate to join our growing team. If you have a strong background in automotive parts, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in providing exceptional customer service — we want to hear from you!

• Assist retail customers and service technicians in identifying and ordering the correct parts
• Process parts orders, returns, and invoices efficiently and accurately
• Educate customers on all required parts to successfully complete repairs
• Maintain parts inventory levels and organization
• Research parts availability, pricing, and warranty information
• Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Support daily parts department operations and ensure timely delivery to the service department
• Maintain attention to detail when completing vehicle repair orders
• Stock incoming inventory in the correct locations
• Build lasting relationships with customers, vendors, and internal team members
• Utilize electronic parts catalogs and processing systems effectively

• 2+ years of experience in an automotive parts department
• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts cataloging
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Proficient with computer systems and dealership management software
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
