Asan Warehouse Lead, you willserve as the frontline operational leader, bridging efforts between hourly staff and management. This role ensures seamless day-to-day warehouse operations, upholds safety and quality standards, and supports continuous improvement and staffing continuity, including covering forcall-offs and providing flexible shift support.
DETAILED ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIESLeadand coordinate daily activities, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
Assist the Warehouse Manager with process implementation to enhance productivity, inventory accuracy, and customer service.
Provide input to the Manager on performance metrics and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Conduct routine safety and equipment checks; ensure compliance with safety protocols.
Train, mentor, and provide coaching to warehouse team members;assist with onboarding, performance feedback, and acknowledging excellent performance.
Assist with inventory cycle counts, discrepancies reporting, and documentation of stock movements.
Maintain organized and clean work spaces, ensuring audit readiness and adherence to housekeeping standards.
Step in during staff absences or call-offs tomaintainoperational continuity across shifts.
WORK EXPERIENCES1-2 years in an industrial manufacturing and/or warehouse environment preferred
Prior forklift ortowmotor experience preferred.
Abilityto be certified is required.
Proven ability to successfully meet customer and management deadlines.
Works in varying weather conditions and performs physical tasks such as climbing in and out oftrucksand trailers.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTSHigh school diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
The employee must regularly lift and /or move up to 10 pounds,frequently lift and /or move up to 25poundsand occasionally lift and /or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include Close vision, Distance vision, Peripheral vision, Depthperceptionand Ability to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this Job, the employee is regularly required tostand; walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel;
reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.

PAY RANGE$19.03 - $25.63 hourly
