Our client, a large manufacturing company in Buffalo, NY, is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team. In this role, you will support the Legal/Contracts department and work closely with teams such as Finance, Procurement, and other internal business units. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Job Title: Contract Administrator (Contract)
Location: Buffalo, NY
Pay Range: $25-30/hour
Schedule: Hybrid schedule (Mon–Thurs 8–5, Fri 8–1)
What’s the Job?
- Act as liaison between internal clients and legal counsel for contract-related matters
- Manage and maintain the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) system and contract data repository
- Review agreements for key terms, compliance, expirations, and renewals
- Coordinate contract execution, signatures, and archival in accordance with legal requirements
- Train internal teams on contract processes and CLM system usage
What’s Needed?
- Experience reviewing contracts or working with legal documents
- Familiarity with Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) or legal information systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
