Frank's Mr. Plumber is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and reliable Seasonal Events Support Specialist to represent our brand at Buffalo Bisons home baseball games & University at Buffalo home basketball games. This role is perfect for someone who loves baseball and basketball, enjoys working with families, and thrives in high-energy, public environments.

• This team member will be responsible for managing and running on-the-field and on-the-court promotions and fan engagement activities during 25 Buffalo Bisons & 20 University at Buffalo home games, while serving as a friendly, professional face of Frank's Mr. Plumber.
• There is strong potential for this role to continue into the fall season through additional sports and community partnerships.
• Represent Frank’s Mr. Plumber at Buffalo Bisons and University at Buffalo basketball home games
• Run and manage on-the-field and on-the-court promotional activities
• Engage with families, kids, and fans in a fun, professional manner
• Support brand visibility and community presence
• Assist with setup and breakdown of promotional materials
• Maintain a positive, energetic, and professional brand image
• Serve as a brand ambassador in a public-facing environment

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Comfortable speaking to large groups and engaging with the public
• Friendly, outgoing, and confident personality
• Dependable and punctual
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and game schedules
• Loves baseball, basketball, and community engagement

• A baseball fan
• Great with families and kids
