Aboutthe Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-driven Program Operations Coordinator to support onboarding, scheduling, logistics, and commission processing across our national sales and marketing programs. This role is essential in ensuring our sales agents, partners, and internal teams receive the operational support needed for successful program execution.
Responsibilities- Manage onboarding steps for new sales agents, including credentialing and system access
- Maintain onboarding trackers, rosters, and status updates
- Provide weekly and daily program updates and assist with scheduling needs
- Support documentation, compliance records, and partner communications
- Coordinate shipping, tracking, and inventory of tablets, materials, and program assets
- Assist with returns, replacements, and equipment lifecycle management
- Support weekly payroll and commission file preparation
- Validate sales activity and identify discrepancies prior to payroll deadlines
- Assist with market launches, special projects, and process improvements
- Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and internal dashboards
- 2–4 years of experience in administrative operations, HR coordination, sales operations, or program support
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments is a plus
- Reliable and responsive
