What will you do?- Manage the full offer lifecycle from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and market dynamics

- Financial Analysis — expert level; evaluating offer profitability and building business cases for commercialization decisions
- Product Knowledge — expert level; understanding product features and translating them into customer-facing value propositions
- Sales Enablement — expert level; equipping sales teams with tools and messaging to drive offer adoption
- Category Planning — advanced level; defining offer roadmaps that align with business objectives and market opportunities
- Competitive Analysis — advanced level; assessing competitor positioning to inform differentiation strategies
- Customer Journey Mapping — advanced level; identifying touchpoints to optimize offer experience and engagement
- Go To Market Strategy — advanced level; designing launch plans that drive awareness and accelerate market penetration
- Pricing Management — advanced level; developing pricing models that balance customer value with revenue goals
- Strategic thinking with the ability to turn market insights into high-impact commercialization strategies

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 168,800 - USD 253,200 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives.
