Senior Business Development Administrator
Help expand Roswell Park's impact by supporting key affiliate partnerships and network growth initiatives. In this role, you'll coordinate projects, connect stakeholders, and help ensure new programs launch successfully and operate effectively. You'll work closely with leaders across clinical, operational, financial, and administrative teams to keep priorities moving forward and drive successful outcomes. The starting annual salary for this position is $145,685 and this can include a full comprehensive benefits package.
Coordinate affiliate and network expansion projects from planning through implementation. Manage timelines, action items, and project updates. Facilitate meetings and support communication among internal and external partners. Prepare reports and presentations for organizational leadership. Track operational performance and key business metrics. Help identify risks, solve problems, and remove barriers to success. Serve as a liaison between Roswell Park teams and affiliate partners.
Strong project coordination or program management experience. Excellent organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Experience working across departments and with diverse stakeholders. Healthcare, operations, or partnership management experience is a plus.

Required Education and Experience
1. Master's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time healthcare experience and/or business development experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity; or 2. Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration or a related field and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time healthcare experience and/or business development experience, including three (3) years in a supervisory, administrative, consultative, managerial or executive capacity.
Degrees must be conferred by an accredited school, college, or university, or by an institution recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and/or Health Research Incorporated as adhering to acceptable educational standards.
