- We're looking for an organized and collaborative Coordinator, Student Affairs to help support student success and the day-to-day operations of a dynamic Student Affairs division. In this role, you'll partner with campus stakeholders, manage administrative and financial processes, coordinate student engagement initiatives, and help create a positive, student-centered campus experience.

What You'll Do- Coordinate Student Affairs operations, including administrative support, budgeting, purchasing, compliance, and financial processes.
- Lead the administration of student engagement programs and platforms while supporting campus events, orientation, commencement, and other student initiatives.
- Supervise graduate assistants and student employees, including recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, training, and timesheet approvals.
- Manage student compliance processes, divisional programs, and operational initiatives while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service delivery.
- Build strong relationships with students, faculty, staff, campus partners, and external vendors to ensure seamless communication and exceptional customer service.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 2+ years of experience in administrative, organizational, and project management
- 2+ years of professional experience in higher education, administration, student affairs, operations, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in coordinating multiple projects, programs, or administrative processes simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills with the ability to effectively engage diverse student populations and campus stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to cultivate productive partnerships and collaborate across departments to achieve shared goals and support student success.
- Exceptional customer service orientation and commitment to creating welcoming, student-centered experiences.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to prepare professional correspondence, reports, and meeting documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions in time-sensitive or high-pressure situations.
