- Set portfolio investment priorities based on growth potential, profitability, and strategic alignment.
- Lead performance reviews and business planning to hit financial and operational targets.

- Drive adoption of Ingram Micro Xvantage to improve customer experience and business performance.
- Design platform-first go-to-market strategies using digital campaigns, analytics, and automation.
- Partner with sales, marketing, and platform operations teams to convert digital insights into revenue.
- Build scalable programs that improve partner engagement, customer acquisition, and retention.
- Champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools and intelligent automation to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams across vendor management, business development, and growth functions.
- Drive organizational transformation — operating model redesign, process optimization, and change management.
- Build a culture of accountability, agility, and customer-centric execution; attract, develop, and retain top talent.
- Own financial forecasting and margin management for the portfolio while clearly communicating the financial reasoning behind decisions to stakeholders
- Develop business cases and investment strategies to maximize contribution margin and long-term portfolio value.
- Use advanced analytics and financial modeling to evaluate opportunities, risks, and resource allocation.
- Monitor and report on key business performance indicators at the executive level.
Success will be measured through:
- Revenue growth and market-share expansion
- Contribution margin improvement
