The successful candidate will join the Energy Services Department and be responsible for supporting the implementation and administration of residential and non-residential energy efficiency-related programs and initiatives.

Responsibilities include:

• Coordinating the implementation and delivery of energy efficiency-related programs and projects.
• Developing and maintaining relationships with customers, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders to support program participation and success.
• Monitoring program performance, analyzing results, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and program updates for internal and external stakeholders.
• Supporting regulatory reporting requirements and maintaining program documentation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve program and departmental objectives.
• Providing exceptional customer service and serving as a key point of contact for program participants and partners.
• Supporting additional projects and initiatives as assigned.

• Experience supporting projects, programs, operations, customer initiatives, or related business activities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new software systems and technologies.

• Experience working in utility, energy, sustainability, construction, facilities, or related industries.
• Familiarity with energy efficiency programs, weatherization initiatives, HVAC systems, building systems, or related technologies.
• Experience working with contractors, developers, consultants, or external business partners.
• Knowledge of New York State energy programs, incentive programs, or regulatory environments.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, process improvement, or performance tracking.

The base salary for this position is $62,500-$70,000.

This job posting contains a pay range, which represents the range of pay that National Fuel believes, in good faith, at the time of this posting that it might be willing to pay for the posted job. The specific base pay offered to a successful applicant will be based primarily on relevant professional experience. Other components that may be considered include: individual qualifications, licensures, industry specific experience, education and market demands for specialized skills.

The pay range is subject to change at any time based on various internal and external factors. Exempt positions will also be eligible for an Annual Cash Bonus Plan.
