OverviewOur Program Management and Construction Management (PM/CM) team works seamlessly with clients by delivering projects and programs to achieve our clients’ goals. We’re looking for an experienced and collaborative Superintendent based in Buffalo
, NY, who thrives when people are in sync and construction projects run smoothly. You’ll lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site and ensure the right materials, equipment and people are available to get the job done. You will take action to ensure the safety, health and well-being of your team and our planet. - Lead daily scheduling and planning activities at the project site to ensure project goals are met.
- Coordinate materials, equipment and labor to maintain project progress and safety.
- Monitor field operations to ensure quality and compliance with project requirements.
- Promote and ensure safety, health, and environmental practices on site.
- Communicate with project stakeholders to maintain alignment and resolve issues.
- 6+ years of construction experience in inspecting large-scale building construction projects.
- 4 years of experience as an Assistant Superintendent or Inspector on large-scale, multi-contract building projects.
- Demonstrated working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship building.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Experience working on projects in Higher Education or K-12 Schools.
- Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or related field.

CompensationThe base salary range for this position is $85,000.00 to $; compensation may be hourly based on hours worked. Within the range, pay is determined by work location and factors including job-related skills, experience, and education or training.
