Perform physical construction labor on pool renovation projects, including chipping and breaking out existing concrete surfaces;
Remove and handle piping and related materials safely and efficiently as part of the renovation scope;
Support concrete-related tasks such as forming, demolition, cleanup, and preparation of work areas;
Follow all OSHA safety standards and site-specific safety protocols at all times;
