About Your Role

The Field Project Coordinator supports the project management team with the on‑site planning, coordination, and execution of a single assigned project. Based full‑time at the project site, this role helps ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and within budget by coordinating field activities, tracking on‑site progress, maintaining documentation, and facilitating communication among the site team, project management, subcontractors, vendors, and the client.

You’ll Do (Job Responsibilities)
  • Support the project management team with daily on‑site project execution and coordination.
  • Coordinate daily field activities and assist in maintaining the project schedule and milestones.
  • Track on‑site progress, log daily reports, and update project management tools.
  • Track material deliveries, equipment, and resource allocation on site.
  • Prepare and distribute daily and weekly status reports and project documentation to the office team.
  • Serve as the on‑site point of contact between the field team, project management, subcontractors, vendors, and the client.
  • Support site safety, access, and compliance coordination in line with client and DAF requirements.
  • Identify and raise potential on‑site risks, delays, or issues to project management.
  • Maintain organized on‑site records, contracts, submittals, and project files.
  • Other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need to Get the Job Done:
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering, construction management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast‑paced, active construction or data center site environment.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office or similar platforms.
  • Detail‑oriented with strong documentation and reporting abilities.
  • Willingness to be based full‑time at the assigned project site, with travel or relocation as required for the duration of the project.
  • Ability to work on an active job site, including standing, walking, and navigating site conditions, and to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
