The Opportunity
Join a growing mechanical construction team where you'll take ownership of high-impact HVAC, piping, and mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through final closeout. As the Project Manager, you'll oversee project schedules, budgets, field operations, subcontractors, and client relationships while ensuring every project is delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

How You Will Make An Impact- Lead HVAC, mechanical, and piping construction projects from preconstruction through project closeout.
- Develop and actively manage project schedules, budgets, and execution plans to keep projects on track.
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, equipment, and material procurement throughout each project.
- Review construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and scopes of work to ensure project accuracy.
- Monitor project performance and proactively resolve scheduling, operational, and financial challenges.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, forecasts, cost reports, and monthly financial projections.
- Review and approve purchase orders, subcontractor invoices, and project billing documentation.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation while minimizing project risk.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, engineers, architects, owners, and trade partners.
- Lead Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings while providing regular project updates and maintaining exceptional client relationships.
- Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor construction progress, quality standards, and OSHA safety compliance.
- Partner closely with field supervisors and foremen to resolve technical challenges and maintain project momentum.
- Coordinate with multiple construction trades to minimize conflicts and maximize jobsite efficiency.
- Support successful project closeout activities, punch lists, and final documentation.
- Minimum 5 years of Project Management experience within commercial HVAC, mechanical, or piping construction.
- Proven experience managing commercial mechanical construction projects from start to finish.
- Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and mechanical plans.
- Experience coordinating subcontractors, vendors, and field operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to travel to project sites as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, piping systems, and mechanical construction practices.
- Experience leading Owner-Architect-Contractor (OAC) meetings.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Competitive salary of $90,000 - $125,000 annually
