Metric DCX is partnered with the #1 US consultancy for PM/CM hiring for a Director, Construction to oversee CM as owner's representative for their hyperscale campus in Buffalo, New York.

• Director role with the number one US consultancy and an incredible backlog
• Strong values and culture, genuinely dedicated to safety, client satisfaction, schedule, and risk management
• The chance to move from GC to owner's representative, managing the developer and GC on behalf of the owner
• Up to $350K total comp depending on relevant experience

• People who have delivered hyperscale data centers
• Someone who can drive delivery of megawatts faster
• Strong construction experience with a track record of recovering schedules
• Conviction. Someone who can stand up in a room and drive standards and delivery
• Ability to work full-time on site - This is a traveling role
