Multifamily Construction Project Manager

The Construction Project Manager will oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring quality, budget, and timeline targets are met. This role is based in Philadelphia and involves working closely with stakeholders to successfully deliver projects in the property industry. Client Details Michael Page is hiring for a position in the property industry in Buffalo. Description Manage all phases of construction projects, from planning to completion.

Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to budgets and timelines. Oversee procurement of materials and manage project resources efficiently. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Communicate project updates and status to stakeholders and management. Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.

Profile A successful Construction Project Manager should have:

Experience with managing construction projects in the property industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
