Exyte, a leading company specializing in the design and construction of high-tech and process facilities, is seeking a Construction Support Manager to lead and coordinate the construction support function for large-scale projects.

Role Overview
This is a key and highly engaging position that involves close collaboration with the company’s Engineering Managers, Lead Engineers, and client representatives.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Engineering Managers, Lead Engineers, and client teams.
- Develop a broad understanding of project execution and construction processes.
- Analyze data and trends, create reports and KPIs, and develop metrics to effectively monitor construction support activities.
- Identify project risks, perform risk assessments, and develop and implement mitigation plans.
- Lead progress review meetings and multidisciplinary coordination meetings.
- Identify issues, perform evaluations, and plan and monitor corrective actions in alignment with construction priorities.
- Prepare and present weekly status reports to management.
- Manage construction support activities on-site, including coordination meetings with designers, contractors, and project managers.
- Understand project priorities and ensure real-time responses to construction challenges and field issues.
- Monitor construction support activities to ensure alignment with project plans and schedules.
- Provide timely solutions and technical support to construction teams during project execution.
Requirements / Desired Background
- Strong project-oriented mindset and broad understanding of engineering and construction processes.
- Excellent analytical skills, including the ability to interpret data, trends, and performance indicators.
- Experience in risk identification, assessment, and mitigation.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple disciplines and stakeholders.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Hands-on, proactive approach with the ability to solve problems in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Experience working with contractors, engineering teams, and project management personnel is an advantage.
- Engineering degree from a recognized academic institution.
- Proven experience in the construction and commissioning of manufacturing facilities in industrial plants.
- Demonstrated experience in team management, schedule planning, and the development of work plans.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and various work management interfaces/systems.
- Previous experience in the semiconductor industry is a significant advantage.
- Proven ability in time management, organization, planning, and task prioritization at a very high level.
- Strong system-level and integrative thinking.
- Customer service orientation and strong interpersonal skills.
- Prior people management experience is required.
- High-level English proficiency is required.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
