Gelia is looking for a mid-level Social Media Manager who can own the day-to-day execution of social programs while contributing strong copywriting and creative ideas. This role is built for someone who understands platforms, trends, and algorithms, and understands that great social content starts with smart thinking and sharp writing.

You’ll develop and manage social content calendars, write and schedule posts, and collaborate with creative and strategy teams to bring brand stories to life across channels. You’ll help shape ideas, not just publish them. And you’ll ensure that what goes live is not only consistent, but compelling and aligned to business goals.

This is a hands-on role for someone who can balance organization and creativity, execution and ideation.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4–6 years of experience managing social media for brands (agency experience preferred)
  • Proven experience building and maintaining social content calendars across multiple platforms
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to flex tone and voice across industries and audiences
  • Experience writing for Linked In, Instagram, Facebook, X, Tik Tok, and emerging platforms
  • Ability to translate brand strategy into engaging, platform-specific content ideas
  • Experience scheduling and publishing content through tools such as Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms
  • Comfort collaborating with designers, writers, and strategists to develop integrated campaigns
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple brands, deadlines, and approval processes
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics and optimizing content based on insights
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud products is a plus
  • A proactive mindset that brings new ideas, trends, and opportunities forward
