Travel Support Specialist

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Travel Support Specialists. In this fully remote role, you will assist clients with planning, booking, and managing domestic and international travel, including cruises, vacation packages, resorts, and guided tours. As a Travel Support Specialist, you will provide end-to-end support throughout the client journey — from initial consultation to post-travel follow-up — ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience.

This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others, communicating effectively, and working independently in a digital environment. No prior travel industry experience is required. Comprehensive training, certification, and ongoing support are provided. Multiple positions are available.

• Assist clients with planning and booking domestic and international travel
• Coordinate cruises, resort stays, vacation packages, and land tours
• Provide ongoing travel support before, during, and after trips
• Prepare and manage travel documents, confirmations, and invoices
• Respond to inquiries and resolve travel-related concerns professionally
  
  Recommend add-ons and enhancements to elevate the client experience
• Build long-term client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable multitasking across multiple systems and websites
• Customer service or sales experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Basic computer proficiency and reliable internet access
• Personal travel experience is a plus
• Must be 18+ years old and reside in an eligible hiring region
