• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding past‑due accounts
• Work with customers to create realistic payment solutions
• Maintain strict compliance with FDCPA and all local, state, and federal regulations
• Accurately document account activity
• Meet performance and quality goals

• Training
  
  Start Date:
  
  March 16, 2026
• Training:
  Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (2 weeks, fully paid)
• Post-Training:
  Full‑time schedule with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts

• $17.00/hour - Associate's degree or higher
• $16.00/hour - No secondary education
• Unlimited monthly bonus opportunities
