Our client, a global service provider, is a Customer Success Representative to join their team. As a Customer Success Representative, you will be part of the Customer Experience Department supporting cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and excellent communication skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Buffalo, NY (Hybrid)
Pay Range: $24
Type: Contract
What’s the Job?- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.
- Handle incoming telephone calls, providing assistance or directing callers to the appropriate contact.
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience
- Ability to manage competing priorities with composure and efficiency.
- SAP experience.
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to cooperative teamwork.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
- Full-time, hybrid, temporary poition.
- Exposure to cross-functional collaboration and process improvement initiatives.
- Experience delivering exceptional customer support in a fast-paced environment.
