SCHEDULE:

Training Schedule (3 Weeks):
Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Regular Schedule (After Training):
Monday – Friday: 9am-6pm Compensation & Benefits $19.00 per hour starting pay Full-time, permanent position Comprehensive benefits package:

Job Responsibilities Contact customers to understand their financial situation Provide payment solutions that align with bank policies Deliver a positive customer experience during each interaction Maintain performance metrics and quality standards Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations Accurately document account activity

Minimum Qualifications High school diploma or GED required At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience Strong communication and problem-solving skills Basic computer and typing skills Dependable with a professional attitude Ability to maintain confidentiality About the Role This position supports 1st-party, early delinquency accounts for one of the top banks in the country.
