As a Customer Service Teammate at GO Car Wash, you’ll help customers care for their cars. You’ll explain our car wash options, prepare and load their cars in our car washes, and assist customers with self‑cleaning options. You’ll also help maintain our car washes and sites to ensure we’re providing a superior, clean car wash experience for all customers.

To succeed you must:

• Positively and energetically engage and communicate with customers
• Quickly understand, retain, and follow directions and procedures—especially safety
• Continuously stand, move, and smile for long periods of time
• Be at least 16 years old
• Verify you can work in the US

Compensation

Teammates in this role typically earn a base pay of $16.00 – $18.00 per hour. They also average an additional $2.00 per hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped. Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities and experience.
