The Account Support Representative works closely with car dealerships across the U.S. to support ACV Auctions’ business solutions. The role receives inbound phone calls and emails, resolves customer inquiries, performs outbound calls as needed, documents activities in Salesforce, and supports customer satisfaction.
Working ScheduleMonday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Saturday (Fridays and Sundays off)
What You Will Do- Actively support customer experience enhancements
- Receive inbound calls and emails from ACV customers
- Resolve inquiries using Salesforce and internal tools
- Perform outbound calls to resolve issues
- Document activities, strategies, and efforts in Salesforce
- Provide pre‑and post‑sales support to ensure repeat business
- Meet or exceed SLAs on issue resolution
- Understand ACV policies and procedures
- Collaborate with other departments (Titles, Payments, Transportation, Arbitration) to resolve inquiries
- Present ACV offerings, products, services, and new features to customers
- Communicate professionally with business owners and decision makers
- Meet or exceed all goals and KPIs set by management and the department
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of administrative or customer service experience
- Team player with mentorship, collaboration, and developmental support skills
- Strong collaboration, time‑management, influencing, and prioritization skills
- Self‑motivated and able to work independently
- Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and assist others during the process
- Fluent Spanish a plus
- Understanding of systems, CRMs, GSuite, and Microsoft Office
- Ability to remain stationary for 50% or more of the workday
- Computer proficiency (typing, navigating applications, using mouse or trackpad)
- Ability to lift or move up to 25 lbs as needed
- Analytical thinking and problem‑solving ability
- Written and oral communication ability
- Ability to interpret information displayed on monitors or other screens
- Ability to work in an open‑office space for majority of time
- Travel may be required as needed
