Member Assist Cart Attendant

Position Summary

We are looking for people who take pride in their work to join our team. You help shape our member’s entire shopping experience by giving them a positive first and last impression. In the member assist‑cart attendant role, you are responsible for ensuring members see a well‑kept parking lot, helping members with their purchases, and ensuring carts are ready and available.

You will also assist members in loading their vehicles and support creating a great member experience while constantly on your feet, rain or shine, sleet or snow.

• Ensure club pick‑up orders are filled by contacting members to notify them of delayed pickup times or product availability issues.
• Inform members when products are out of stock and offer suitable alternative product options.
• Ensure products are selected and packaged according to company policies and procedures, and that items are dispensed when members arrive for pickup.
• Resolve member issues and concerns while promoting company products and services.
• Maintain the safety of the facility through routine safety sweeps and by following procedures for handling merchandise; report and correct unsafe situations to facility management.
• Provide member service by acknowledging the member, identifying member needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and processing member purchases and payments according to policy.
• Utilize cash registers to assist members with transactions and locate and organize merchandise within designated zones.
• Assist members with transporting items, organize and maintain the availability of carts/flatbeds, and use cart retrieval equipment according to company procedures.
• Maintain parking lot cleanliness and ensure the parking area is conducive to a safe and pleasant shopping experience.
• Collaborate with managers, co‑workers, customers, and other business partners to complete work assignments, identify priorities, and recommend process improvements.

Hourly wage range: $17.00 to $25.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premium rates from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed.
