Looking for a great opportunity with room to grow? Firstsource is hiring Digital Account Representatives to support early-stage collections for a major U.S. bank. If you're motivated, professional, and looking to gain valuable office experience, this is the job for you.

Schedule:

Training Schedule (3 Weeks):
Monday – Friday 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Regular Schedule (After Training):
Monday – Friday: 9am-6pm

• Contact customers to understand their financial situation
• Provide payment solutions that align with bank policies
• Deliver a positive customer experience during each interaction
• Maintain performance metrics and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations
• Accurately document account activity

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least 6 months of customer service or sales experience
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Dependable with a professional attitude
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
