Independent Health in Buffalo, NY is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative. After approximately 10 weeks of paid, on-site training, the role transitions to a hybrid work arrangement with a regular shift between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM and occasional overtime.
The CSR will assist IH members, researching benefits, claims, plans, and eligibility across multiple databases with empathy, accuracy, and courtesy.
