Customer Support Specialist; Carrier Compliance

Job Purpose

The Carrier Compliance Support is responsible for providing administrative support and outstanding customer service to LDi freight broker agents, carriers, and other customers.

• Act as the face of LDi when answering calls and emails.
• Assist LDi freight broker agents by setting up carrier partners and insurance updates in LDi’s proprietary technology.
• Document activities and follow up in appropriate systems regularly and accurately.
• Ensure all carriers meet and maintain DOT and FMCSA requirements.
• Review carrier documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Update sensitive data as it comes in utilizing programs like Excel.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with LDi freight broker agents and carriers.
• Assist with coverage of absent teammates and availability for weekend coverage, as needed.

• High school diploma is required.
• 3+ years of customer service experience with both phone calls and emails.
• Logistics experience is a plus, but not required.
• Eye for details and accuracy is imperative.
• Maintain confidentiality with sensitive data.
• Effective communication skills and strong positive customer service ability.
