One Bridge Benefits is seeking a Customer Service Representative I (CSR I) to join our Customer Care Center in Buffalo, NY. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering exceptional service via phone, secure messages, and text while addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
During training, you’ll learn core offerings and processes; post-training, the role runs Monday–Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
