What Youll Need to Succeed:
- 3+ years of experience in administrative support, customer service, insurance, commercial lending, or related fields
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to build and nurture professional relationships
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Exceptional organizational skills and superb time management
- High school diploma or higher; some college experience preferred
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and demeanor, with comfort working in an executive setting
Nice to Have:
- Additional experience in premium finance or collections
- Prior experience in a role requiring detailed problem-solving and training others
- Flexibility to adapt and learn during a 3-6 month onboarding period
Additional Details:
- Location:
On-site, working hours from 8 am to 5 pm - Salary Range: $46,000 - $52,000 annually
- Opportunity for career growth, although progress may be gradual
