Perform all Customer Service Advisor duties at an advanced level and serve as a role model in delivering outstanding customer experiences;
Act as a key holder, opening and closing the store as scheduled and serving as the primary on-site leader when management is not present;
Mentor, train, and onboard Customer Service Advisors to improve team performance and customer service;
Partner with technicians and management to ensure accurate, efficient, and customer-focused service operations while identifying opportunities to drive sales and improve customer retention;
Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and confidence, coaching less-experienced team members as needed
