Eligibility based on location

Receptionist

Responsibilities include:

* Answers telephone and directs the caller to the appropriate individual. Also, provides information such as community address, directions to the community location, community fax numbers, company website, and other related information

* Inputs maintenance requests into system

* Updates resident roster and spreadsheets

* Work with team to field phone calls and inquiries

* Organize transportation requests for residents

* Send appropriate emails to departments

* Greets and directs visitors to the community

* Receives, sorts, and forwards incoming mail

* Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services (Fed Ex, UPS, etc.)

* Resolving customer questions and concerns

Qualifications:

* MUST have computer knowledge. Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

* Enjoy providing exceptional customer service and care to our senior residents

* Appreciate the value of being a dependable & responsible member of greater team

Pay rate is $16.26/hour

Must have weekend availability
