Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing

Parallel Employment Group in partnership with a manufacturing customer in Buffalo , NY are seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for customers and Business Development Managers throughout the order lifecycle.

The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing environment, is comfortable working within an ERP system, and enjoys building strong customer relationships while supporting operational excellence.

Shift: First Shift

Pay Rate $20.00–$24.75 per hour

• Customer Service and Account Management

• New customer onboarding

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field or Associate degree with equivalent work experience.

• 5+ years of customer service experience.

• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong computer proficiency and attention to detail.
• Customer service experience in a manufacturing or contract manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience reading technical drawings or blueprints.
• Technical sales experience.
