Grand Island A Trilogy Wellness, our Fitness Center is different. We serve individuals who are committed to improving their health, recovering from injury, managing chronic conditions, or maintaining an active lifestyle. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and energetic Fitness Center Desk Attendant who enjoys helping people and creating a welcoming environment for every member who walks through our doors.

What You'll Do

• Welcome members and guests with a warm, professional attitude.
• Check members in and assist with membership questions.
• Answer phone calls and respond to member inquiries.
• Schedule appointments, orientations, and classes.
• Assist with membership enrollments and renewals.
• Help keep the lobby, reception area, and fitness center neat and inviting.
• Perform opening and closing responsibilities.
• Support other administrative duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, receptionist, hospitality, fitness, or medical office experience preferred.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines is a plus.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
• CPR certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Schedule

• Part-time opportunity available. Wednesdays 4 pm-8pm and Fridays 2 pm-6pm
• Occasional Saturday availability preferred.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour Our company proudly operates a network comprising six outpatient physical therapy clinics, five school district contracts offering both occupational and physical therapy services, and four medically oriented gyms. Each of these establishments is committed to serving the dynamic community of Western New York.
