Capital Management Services (CMS) is hiring for our August 31, 2026 training class!

Capital Management Services (CMS) is a Buffalo-based company specializing in first-party account servicing and payment reminder calls for a nationally recognized financial institution. We are a compliance-focused organization that offers a professional, team-oriented environment with opportunities for long-term career growth.

We are currently looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a dependable work ethic to join our growing team.

In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls with current banking customers regarding recently missed payments (2-90 days past due). This is not third-party debt collection or old debt recovery
.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assisting current customers with payment reminders and account solutions
• Reviewing account information professionally and accurately
• Navigating multiple computer systems efficiently
• Accurately documenting customer interactions
• Providing excellent customer service while maintaining compliance standards
• Communicating professionally and respectfully with customers

• Starting pay of $16/hour
• Up to $500/month in performance bonuses
