Customer Account Representative – 1st Party Collections

Capital Management Services (CMS) is a Buffalo-based company specializing in first-party account servicing and payment reminder calls for a nationally recognized financial institution. We are currently looking for motivated individuals with strong communication skills, basic computer proficiency, and a dependable work ethic to join our growing team.

In this role, you will handle both inbound and outbound calls with current banking customers regarding recently missed payments (2–90 days past due). This is not third-party debt collection or old debt recovery
.

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls
• Assisting current customers with payment reminders and account solutions
• Reviewing account information professionally and accurately
• Navigating multiple computer systems efficiently
• Accurately documenting customer interactions
• Providing excellent customer service while maintaining compliance standards
• Communicating professionally and respectfully with customers

• Starting pay of $16/hour
• Up to $500/month in performance bonuses
