CMS is hiring Full-Time Debt Collections Representatives to join our growing team in Buffalo. In this role, you will work in a third-party collections environment
, partnering with customers to resolve past-due accounts through respectful, compliant, and solution-focused conversations

As a third-party agency, we represent a variety of clients, giving you exposure to different account types and helping you build valuable collections and negotiation skills.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for third-party client accounts
• Work with customers to create realistic and manageable payment solutions
• Maintain strict compliance with FDCPA and all applicable regulations
• Accurately document account activity and payment arrangements
• Meet or exceed performance and quality goals

• Duration: 2 weeks (fully paid)
• After Training: Full-time schedule with a mix of morning and afternoon shifts

• $18.00/hour - Starting Base Pay
• Unlimited monthly bonus opportunities (top performers earn significantly more)
• $150 sign-on bonus after 60 days
