Dispatcher, Customer Service​/HelpDesk

We are looking to hire a part time dispatcher for weekends only. Saturday and Sunday hours are 6:30 am until 2:30pm for both days LOOKING TO JOIN AN AMAZING TEAM & FAMILY-ORIENTED COMPANY!!

MERJ fleet Services, Inc. has been serving WNY and the surrounding areas since May of 2015. • Taking service calls and dispatching incoming calls for emergency roadside repair or towing services needed to the mechanic/technicians. Will be expected to follow company protocol for documenting all necessary information on the repair or tow that is needed.
• Follow up with input of service calls and tows.
• Data entry of work orders given to you through email or hardcopy by road-service techs and mechanics from jobs completed on roadside or off site facilities.
• Processing of credit card phone orders and entering in payments collected from customers through the software application of Intuit.
• Entering payments by check and virtual credit card emails from customers.
• Call to get Event Number for thruway calls and close event when work is completed.
• Use of Thruway camera app, Life 360, and Fleetmatics Reveal.
• Assist technicians/mechanics with questions relating to service and tow calls.
