Dental Hygienist (Full-Time or Part-Time) Buffalo, NY

• Clinical autonomy to practice the way you were trained patient-first, not quota-first.

• Mentorship for early-career RDHs and ongoing development (chairside support, peer shadowing, CE opportunities).

• Predictable schedules with full-time stability or set part-time blocks.

• Base pay range: $39-$40/HR (experience, skills, and schedule considered).
